The nature of hazardous materials compliance is rapidly changing. OSHA’s implementation of GHS formatting requires that companies transition from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and reorganize their Right-To-Know program. Managing a successful compliance program can be a time-consuming task, so let us help with our suite of SDS services. Contact us for more information today!
Sourcing
Collecting and organizing the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the hazardous materials your company ships and handles can take a lot of resources. Let us contact the manufacturers on your behalf and gather the SDS for the products your company handles.
Our SDS services help lessen the burden of workplace and environmental safety compliance. Once the SDS is obtained, our team periodically checks for updates to ensure the most current version is available.
Classification
Depending on mode of transport, hazardous materials are subject to shipping regulations. Some cannot be shipped at all. Using the information found on the Safety Data Sheets (SDS), we can assign the transportation codes in accordance with current regulations. Request a Quote for an estimate.

Lithium Battery Test Summaries
Ambipar new Lithium Battery Test Summary service can reduce your companies workload. Our Battery Test Summary library allows your battery test summaries to be stored electronically in one database.
Lithium battery regulations are constantly changing. Beginning January 1, 2022 each manufacturer and subsequent distributor of lithium cells or batteries manufactured on or after January 1, 2008, must make available a battery test summary (BTS or TS).
What does this mean for me? Whether you are a manufacturer or distributor, you must have a test summary available upon request to anyone in the supply chain. If the test summary is not readily available, this can delay your shipments costing you time and money.
Our Battery Test Summary library is user-friendly and allows unlimited access to your test summaries saving your company time and money. Electronic access is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We also have a toll-free telephone number available. We will obtain, manage and distribute your test summaries as requested.
